Shipping Policy
Turnaround for Flagcase
An email with your flagcase wordings and lay out will be sent to the client for approval or changes within 24 hours after receipt of the order.
After receipt and confirmation of the flagcase order from client. Production is within 72 hours after receipt of client approval of wording and lay out.
All flagcase orders are shipped within five business days after approval of wording and lay out by the client.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive after shipment.

Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping is included in all prices shipping is via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail.
APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes are shipped U.S. Priority Mail which is also included in price.

International Shipping
We ship to anywhere in the world. All international orders will incur a separate shipping cost. An email will be sent to verify shipping costs. Due to the cost varying depending on location, this cost will be charged separately from your flag display case order.

DIPLOMA FRAMES
All orders are shipped within 10 – 14 business days after order confirmation.
