What credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money order and check. If paying by check please allow 3 additional business days for the check to clear prior to completion of your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, Sales tax is only charged to Virginia residents.

How can I track my order?
After receiving your order we will send you a confirmation email that will request that you double-check and confirm your personalization information. This email will also include the estimated personalization date (the date that the master engraver will personalize your flag display case). All orders are then shipped via major carriers i.e., UPS Ground, FedEx and USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your email address upon shipment.
*All non-personalized flag display cases and/or accessories are shipped within 48 hours, depending upon item availability.

Do you sell flag display cases without the personalization?
Yes, all of our flag case styles are offered without personalization but we believe a personalized flag display case etched with memories and accomplishments adds additional meaning

What is glass etching?
Glass etching is the process by which words and images are permanently cut into the glass. It does not wash, or rinse off. It is a permanent fixture into the glass.

I do not see the logo/seal I need, how do I provide my own?
Due to the quantity of logos that we have in our library we do not include all images on our site. If there is a particular logo/seal you are looking for send an email to with a description of the logo/seal you are looking for. If we have the logo we will send it to you for your verification.

How will the wording be etched on the flag display case?
A lay-out with your information will be sent for your review and approval prior to personalization. This information is sent in a plain text document and illustrates the layout of your information.

I made a mistake with the name or date, how do I modify it?
A confirmation email is sent after receipt of the order that includes the information as you provided it. We will request that you verify the accuracy of the information provided. Please remember to check spelling and dates. If you find something that is incorrect or other revisions are necessary just reply to the email as soon as possible as we will not personalize the flag display case until the information is verified.

Please note:
After the customer verifies the personalization information and the flag display case is etched, any expenses for changes or corrections will have to be paid by the customer. Please check spelling and dates carefully.

What if I want two logos etched on my flag case, is it extra?
Just send an email to us at There is no extra charge for two logos. Each logo is 1.75” in size and is placed as shown on the Etched Examples page

I have a special request (i.e. larger plate, more lines of etching)

Domestic Shipping
Shipping is included in all prices. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. APO/AE and P.O. Boxes are shipped U.S. Priority Mail which is also included in price.

International Shipping
We ship to anywhere in the world. All international orders will incur a separate shipping cost. An email will be sent to verify shipping costs. Due to the cost varying depending on location, this cost will be charged separately from your flag display case order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
After we receive the verification of your personalization information your order will be shipped from our location within 5 business day after receipt of paid order (excluding weekends and holidays) via UPS Ground, FedEx or U.S. Priority Mail for (APO/FPO and PO Boxes). A tracking number via email will be provided to customer once the order has shipped. Generally, it will take an additional 5 business days to receive your order after it is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your flag case sooner (i.e. Overnight, Second Day) please email us after you place your order at ( We will then be able let you know what the additional shipping charges will be.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?
Please notify us via email at of any damage and we will give you instructions for disposition. We will immediately complete and mail out another flag display case and we request that you return your damaged flag display case so we may file a claim.
